Toomuc Reserve Sports Pavilions

Upgrade and Activation

The project involved works to 3 pavilions: the extension of the Northern Pavilion, a new Southern pavilion and a new facility for Baseball and Little Athletics.
The Northern pavilion is a major venue housing the senior football club in state grade facilities. It includes large change rooms and support areas at the lower level, together with a large social space located on the upper level.

A new extension to the south connects the building with Netball and introduces new change rooms and support spaces to satisfy their requirements.
A raised deck provides elevated views over the sports field and the Netball Courts. It also is future proofed to allow the extension of the social space above at a later date.

A new Southern Pavilion includes 4 new unisex change rooms for players, 2 umpires change, public toilets, club stores, first aid and timekeeper.
A common element unifies the 3 pavilions across the large reserve: feature timber battens are used in different ways to provide a link to the natural setting in which the reserve is located.
