The lift lobby features a unique timber batten wall that rolls over and forms the ceiling in the public spaces.

The structure is exposed and painted black, with suspended acoustic ceilings enabling the full reticulation of services to all key areas of the floor plate.

The result is an attractive and adaptive reuse of the older building, providing a modern presentation for the commercial tenant.
